    Hi Christie,

    I am so glad I found your blog! I really like the tidbits on fitness and nutrition and I really like seeing what a fit and healthy person eats day-to-day. It motivates me to do the the same.

    As you have studied nutrition and exercise, I was wondering if you could give me some ideas for exercise plans.

    I want to gain a little weight to be a bit healthier. I understand that strength training will be crucial to gaining weight and also lean muscle. What exercises would you recommend, how much and how long?

    I also really love cardio but I know it’s counterproductive. Lately I have reduced my one hour, four days a week cardio workouts to half hour three days a week. Does that sound okay for now?

    I’m cuious what kind of training program you use for your marathons? Is it something you’ve come up with yourself–if so, how do you set it up?

    Being an exercie science freak [graduate and obsessed with it now] myself, I am always torn between following a plan of the experts and doing my own thing after having researched all the variables involved in training…
