I love to make this as a side dish to my lunch….

1/2c whipped cottage cheese

1/2c blueberries

.5tbsp carob powder

Optional Ingredients: 1 tbsp (or how every much you prefer) sunflower seeds & 1 tbsp wheat germ

Would be great as a dessert as well. I have also made it with ricotta cheese (part skim) as well as blended it to give it a smoother consistency.
